A report was sought from South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) and the SDM, Mayapuri with reference to the allegation of failure to manage waste bin (Dhalao) at Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase-II, New Delhi. An action taken report was filed by the SDMC on January 11, 2020.

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others dated 10/08/2020. The matter related to steps taken by the state of Punjab to control air pollution.

An affidavit was filed in the SC on behalf of state of Punjab and with respect to it the court asked for clarification and submission of a report.

The order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vinod Kumar Bansal Vs State of Haryana dated 28/07/2020. The issue for consideration was the remedial action against unscientific handling of solid waste at Dabwali, district Sirsa, Haryana.

Report of Oversight Committee in compliance of order of National Green Tribunal passed in O.A. No. 136/2015 & O.A. No. 06/2017 in the matter of Nagar Palika Parishad, Vrindavan & Others Vs Madhumangal Shukla & Others dated 23/07/2020.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Raja Muzzaffar Bhat Vs U.T. of Jammu & Kashmir dated 08/07/2020 regarding dumping of municipal solid waste in Wular lake around Ningli Tarzoo in Baramulla District in J&K. The lake in question is a wetland and a Ramsar site and is thus an eco-sensitive area.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of non-compliance of Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016 (SWM Rules, 2016) causing huge pollution at Bharampuram Solid Waste Processing Plant on the outskirts of Kochi city in Kerala affecting environment and public health.

Quarterly status report in compliance to the orders of the National Green Tribunal order in O.A. 389/18. The issue for consideration is the remedial steps for maintaining ecology in the area of Manali and Rohtang Pass, Himachal Pradesh.
