Affidavit cum report regarding factual and action taken report in respect of unscientific dumping of garbage on the roads on behalf of South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) in compliance of the NGT order dated 19/07/2019 in the matter of Birender Sangwan Vs North Delhi Municipal Corporation & Others. The report was uploaded on February 25, 2020.

The matter related to unscientific dumping of garbage on the roads in absence of any effective mechanism by the municipal corporations as per the provisions of Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.

Affidavit cum report regarding factual and action taken report in respect of unscientific dumping of garbage on the roads on behalf of North Delhi Municipal Corporation (North DMC) in compliance of the NGT order dated 19/07/2019 in the matter of Birender Sangwan Vs North Delhi Municipal Corporation & Others. The report was uploaded on February 25, 2020 The matter related to unscientific dumping of garbage on the roads in absence of any effective mechanism by the municipal corporations as per the provisions of Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.

Action Taken Report by Department of Urban Development, Government of Uttar Pradesh in Original Application No: 136 of 2015 following the NGT order of December 18, 2019 dated February 24, 2020. The matter pertained to non-compliance of the municipal solid waste management rules in Vrindavan, Mathura.
