Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Raja Muzzaffar Bhat Vs U.T. of Jammu & Kashmir dated 08/07/2020 regarding dumping of municipal solid waste in Wular lake around Ningli Tarzoo in Baramulla District in J&K. The lake in question is a wetland and a Ramsar site and is thus an eco-sensitive area.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Raja Muzaffar Bhat Vs State of Jammu and Kashmir & Others dated 16/12/2019. The issue for consideration is prevention of unscientific dumping of waste and encroachment of Hokersar Wetland, Wular Lake and Kreentchoo-Chandhara Wetland in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
