Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of M/s Yash Papers Ltd. Vs. Krishan Kant Singh & Ors. dated 16/05/2016 regarding pollution caused by M/s. Yash Paper Ltd., Darshan Nagar, Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh. The Joint Inspection Report of the paper industry points out three deficiencies: 

1. installation of Tertiary Plant,

2. obtaining permission of the CGWAI

3. the unit should also maintain its ETP.

Judgement of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Khatema Fibres Limited Vs Uttarakhand Environment Protection and Pollution Control Board & Others dated 04/05/2016 on the issue whether the applicant industry uses or does not use chemical in its pulping process and whether it generates any black liquor. Tribunal permits the industry to operate for a period of 6 months at the first instance and then to its optimum capacity and it would be subject to a surprise joint 

The court ordered an inspection of the industry by Joint Inspection Team and demanded a report thereafter. The paper mill could get the consent to operate on the basis of this report.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of India Wood Line Ltd. Vs. UP PCB & Others dated 22/02/2016 regarding pollution caused by India Wood Line Ltd.

This application is for permitting the unit to operate for the purpose of Joint Inspection. It is stated in the application that industry has taken all anti pollution measures and the industry is now compliant and nonpolluting Unit.
