ROING, July 22: Lower Dibang Valley is putting in all out efforts to clinch the milestone of covering at least 48.83 km to connect rural with urban areas under the Prime Minister Gramin Sadak Yojona (PMGSY).

Lack of broader supervision and close scrutiny of the works under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) by the National Rural Roads Development Agency (NRRDA) has led to inferior quality of road works under the Centrally-sponsored projects in Uttar Pradesh.
