The Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) dismissed the claims of an international agency which claimed that the Mayapuri scrap market has high levels of radiation.
In a statement, the AERB admitted there was some contamination in local spots but it could not pose any health detriment. Also the scrap dealers are set to sue those responsible for their condition, which landed them in hospital.
