SHILLONG: Opposition MDCs in KHADC have asked the intervention of Chief Minister Dr Donkupar Roy to stop indiscriminate felling of trees by KHADC contractors at Lailad and Byrnihat plantations, an action that, they say, is going on in violation of the Supreme Court order.
