The alleged illegal stone crushers and hot mix plants were inspected and necessary action taken against defaulting units. Around 12 stone crushers and hot mix plants were closed down due to failure to produce the requisite permissions to operate the units.

The matter relates to prosecution action under section 43/44 of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 against M/s Ramprastha Saare Township (group housing complex) in village Wazirpur Meoka, Gurugram as the parameters exceeded the permissible limits.

The matter related to discharge of wastewater from a sugar mill (M/s R.B.N.S. Sugar Mill Ltd. and distillery unit) into agricultural land in Laksar, district Haridwar.

Report by Haryana State Pollution Control Board in Original Application No. 1041 of 2019 in the matter of Sukbir Singh Vs State of Haryana.

The matter relates to 4 industries running without consent/permission in non confirming area of District Faridabad. The report states that on inspection “no plant or machinery or industrial activity” was found on the sites. Further, if any activity was noticed in future under Water Act and Air Act by the four units, appropriate action would be taken by the State Pollution Control Board in accordance with law.
