The Tribunal also directed that ground water samples be collected from Amritsar, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Bhatinda, Mohali and Gurdaspur. The samples shall be collected by the Punjab Pollution Control Board in the presence of the team which will consist of a representative of MoEF, CPCB and Director of Industry, State of Punjab.
