The NGT directed the Fishery Department to see to it that banned categories of fishes are not being cultured or developed in village Chandlai, tehsil Chaksu, district Jaipur, Rajasthan. Also if the prohibited fish nets are being used, then appropriate action must be taken in accordance with law for preventing such activity within one month.

A joint committee was directed by the NGT to look into the encroachment of government land by coal tar plant in village Rampura Patwar Mandal, Sewapur, district Jaipur, Rajasthan.

The committee was asked to file a report within two months.

Issue for consideration is remedial action against discharge of untreated sewage and industrial effluents on the agriculture lands at village Nokha, District Bikaner, Rajasthan.
