Judgement of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Anil Kumar Vs State of Rajasthan & Others dated 24/03/2014 regarding M/s Hanuman Mineral and Grinding Mill, Tehla Road, Rajgarh. It was submitted that the unit was located in the vicinity of the residential area and was causing pollution to the residents as well to the educational institutions located in the area.
