नैशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्यूनल (एनजीटी) ने ग्राउंड वॉटर के अवैध इस्तेमाल के मुद्दे पर विचार करने के लिए बनी एक्सपर्ट पैनल की रिपोर्ट पर नाराजगी जताई। ट्रिब्यूनल ने कहा कि पैनल अपना काम करने में नाकाम रहा।
