बिना लाइसेंस और नंबर प्लेट के चल रही ई-रिक्शा के मामले पर दिल्ली सरकार और एमसीडी को हाईकोर्ट ने फटकार लगाई है।
मुख्य न्यायाधीश वीएन रामन और न्यायमूर्ति प्रदीप नंदराज योग ने कहा कि यह काफी गंभीर मामला है कि सरकार का तर्क है कि रिक्शा को एमसीडी लाइसेंस देती है और वहीं उन पर नियंत्रण के लिए जिम्मेदार है। वहीं निगम ने कहा कि संचालन का काम सरकार का है। अदालत ने कहा, लोगों का जीवन खतरे में पड़ रहा है और दोनों ही एक दूसरे पर जिम्मेदारी डाल रहे हैं।
