The Chief Secretary, Govt. of Jharkhand is directed to take steps and measures to implement this order in the State.

Pleadings are complete. However, the question of restitution of abandon asbestos mines can be resolved effectively upon getting the report of Joint Inspection Team from the State of Jharkhand ruled the Court.
