Union of India & Ors.) dated 29/08/2017 regarding constructions on Yamuna floodplains, Agra, Uttar Pradesh. NGT directs demolition of structures falling within 100 meters of the high flood line already demarcated and the projects which are stated to be outside the high flood line would be allowed to complete their constructions subject to compliance of directions.
