Bhopal Sahkari Dugdh Sangh Maryadit & Others dated 14/03/2017 regarding pollution of both air and water being caused by the plant of Bhopal Sahkari Dugdh Sangh Maryadit at Habibganj Railway Station, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Eco Green Park Society Vs. M/s Om Construction and Builders & Others dated 12/01/2017 regarding inadequate drainage systems in Bhopal causing floods. NGT observed that the "nallahs which are the drainage and salient features of the undulating countryside around Bhopal have a significant role to play for the environment and their drainage and carrying capacity also needs to be surveyed from time to time. The work of cleaning of nallahs needs to be taken up on regular basis."

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Dr. Alankrita Mehra Vs. Union of India & Others dated 23/12/2016 regarding untreated sewage coming into Upper Lake, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The Commissioner BMC submitted that they will present before the Tribunal details of the work which they intend to undertake for interception and diversion of the nallah so that there is zero discharge of untreated waste into the Upper Lake at Shirin Nallah.

Judgement of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Ravindra Ramchandra Waghmare Vs Indore Municipal Corporation & Ors. dated 29/11/2016 regarding Bus Rapid Transit System Corridor proposed to be developed by the Municipal Corporation, Bhopal on the stretch of around 8 kms. As per Bhopal Development Plan, 2005 which was notified in the year 1995, the proposed width of the road is 66 mtrs.
