This is the second time that the AIIMS panel has failed to submit its report despite direction from the NGT.

National Green Tribunal directs Delhi Pollution Control Committee to file affidavit as to why they have not complied with the order of the Tribunal and issued directions under the relevant provision of Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for closure of these industries and consequent to it disconnection of electricity.
