Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Pramod Kumar Jha Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 07/08/2020. A report was sought from the Delhi Jal Board and Delhi Pollution Control Committee with reference to the allegation of illegal extraction of ground water in village Jagatpur, Civil Lines Delhi near Yamuna biodiversity park for sale through tankers and further grievance was that charcoal drums were being burnt in open causing air pollution.

Status report of Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) in compliance to the NGT order of March 16, 2020. The matter related to illegal vehicle dismantling units in Nagli Sakrawati area, spewing pollution.

A joint team of officials from Transport Department and DPCC officials inspected the six vehicle scrapping units on June 3, 2020, which were mentioned in the NGT order. Out of the six units, four units were found to be in operation and the activity of dismantling of vehicles was going on. Two units were found non-operational and the premises were vacant.

M/s SMS Water Grace BMW (P) Ltd., operator of common bio-medical waste treatment facility (CBWTF), it was observed that PM, NO2, total polychlorinated di-benzo dioxins and furans are exceeding the prescribed standards.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Varun Vs Delhi Pollution Control Committee & Others dated 22/05/2020 regarding illegal operation of dyeing factories operating in the areas of Bawana, Narela, Mayapuri, Libaspur and Nangli Sakrawat of Delhi.

Action taken report by the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) in the matter of V. D. Yadav & Others Vs Govt. Of NCT of Delhi dated 20/03/2020 in pursuance to the National Green Tribunal order of February 17, 2020.

Additional action taken report on behalf of GNCTD and DPCC in compliance of the National Green Tribunal order dated December 20, 2019. The National Green Tribunal had directed the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) to furnish a factual and action taken report in respect of the pollution being caused due to wood dust, plastic bags and tyres/tubes being used as a fuel at Sainik Enclave, Vikas Nagar, Uttar Nagar, New Delhi.
