Action taken report on behalf of DPCC in the matter of Raj Kumar Vs Union of India in compliance to the National Green Tribunal (NGT) order, 08/12/2021.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Shreya Paropkari & Others Vs Delhi Agricultural Marketing Board & Others dated 30/11/2021.

Grievance in the application is against damage to the environment by the activities in Ghazipur Murga Mandi under the control of Delhi Agricultural Marketing Board (DAMB). Case of the applicant is that the said market is one of the biggest livestock trading markets in Asia as well as the largest chicken slaughter hub situated in National Capital Territory Region of Delhi.
