Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Balam Singh Rawat Vs. Govt. Of NCT of Delhi & Ors. dated 28/04/2015 regarding hazardous waste disposal unit in Bawana and Narela.

North Municipal Corporation will hand over 14 acres of land for setting up of hazardous waste plant in Bawana and Narela. The site would be demarcated and possession handed over to DSIIDC.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi in the matter of 450 trees to be shifted for Qutab Golf Course facelift Vs. Govt. of NCT of Delhi & Ors. dated 27/04/2015 regarding felling of trees for the Qutab Golf Course facelift.

Counsel appearing for DDA submits that a Policy decision has been taken that no trees will be felled or cut in the Qutab Golf Course facelift.

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Omesh Saigal Vs. Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Ashok Mittal & Others Vs. NCT of Delhi & Others dated 17/07/2014 on the issue of natural drains in Delhi and its present status. The Tribunal has directed the Expert Committee to consider two major alternatives for ensuring pollution control and protection of river Yamuna there from, and restoration to its original natural status of being a river and not a drain.
