Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vikas Arun Bhor Vs Maharashtra Pollution Control Board & Others dated 22/05/2019 regarding discharge of hazardous chemical waste water in the open spaces around the industry - K2 Metals Private Limited and also storing of hazardous waste in unscientific manner. Due to percolation of this waste and hazardous waste in the ground, the well water of the applicant - Vikas Arun Bhor was getting polluted to such an extent as to result in infertility of soil and non-use of well water.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Gram Panchayat ARABA Vs State of Rajasthan & Others dated 17/05/2019 regarding pollution by industries in Jodhpur city along Jojari river. It has come to the notice of the NGT that inspite of repeated directions, the CETP have not treated or fully treating the effluent and the same is discharged in river/storm water drain/open places. The extension was given to balance environmental protection as well as socio-economic well being.
