Paradise lost?: Okhla Bird Sanctuary is the only major habitat that still attracts a large number of migratory water birds though their number has gone down this year.

Ranchi-based Birsa Munda Biological Park will be the new home for the baby stork that was rescued from curious villagers at Sitarampur dam in Seriakela-Kharsawan on February 12.

The migratory bird, which had a limp and could not fly, was being treated at the rescue centre of Tata Steel Zoological Park.
