Chandigarh: The Punjab Government has sought assistance worth Rs 1,000 crore from the National Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) for eight projects in the state.

Farmers of the state as well as self-help groups (SHGs) have many a reason to thank National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Nabard). One of them financial uplift.
