Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Resident Welfare Association Vs Union of India & Others dated 24/08/2018 regarding tyre burning in the market of Gokalpur Village, North East Delhi. The Court observed that inspite of NGT's order which disallowed tyre burning or denting and painting wrks in the old mini market, Gokalpur Village. NGT directs DPCC to execute the order of this Tribunal.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Resident Welfare Association Vs. D.M.R.C. & Others dated 20/07/2017 regarding noise and dust pollution resulting from laying down of railway line by DMRC. Counsel appearing for D.M.R.C. states that the premises in question, has already been vacated and it is ensured that the site will be properly restored, with at least 500 trees planted on 1.19 acres of land.

Judgement of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rakesh Kumar Vs State of Uttar Pradesh & Others dated 13/07/2017 regarding unauthorized constructions in a park in Block-G, Sector-44, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Applicant has also requested for removal of all broken stones/mulba dumped by Noida Authority and to maintain the green belt for the benefit of all the residents of the Sector.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Resident Welfare Association Vs. D.M.R.C. & Others dated 30/05/2016 regarding noise and dust pollution resulting from the activity carried on by the DMRC that is storage and transportation of gauge for lying down railway line. Tribunal directs that the activity of laying down of railway line shall be carried on only between 11.00 PM to 6 AM and DMRC shall carry on plantation at the premises in question. 

Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Resident Welfare Association Vs Deputy Commissioner, MCD (South-West) dated 24/09/2015 regarding huge quantity of cow dung lying on the side of the road no. 5 Arjun Park, Nangli Dairy, Nazafgarh, Delhi. The cow dung remains for months together and is causing environmental and health hazards.

Judgement of the National Green Tribunal (Southern Zone, Chennai) in the matter of R. Thillai Vinayagam Vs The State of Tamil Nadu & Others dated 24/09/2015 regarding a sewage pumping station at the Park at Tamil Nagar, Ramapuram, Chennai and to direct the proposed Sewage Pumping Station to be relocated to an alternate site.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Resident Welfare Association Vs. DMRC & Ors. dated 03/02/2014 regarding the concrete mixing plant established for construction of Mass Rapid Transport System
(MRTS)-General Public utility by DMRC in Janakpuri. NGT has ordered the unit to be shifted to from the site in question within a period of eight weeks.
