The Original Application was registered on the basis of the letter petition sent by the President of Maa Revashree Charitable Trust with the a grievance that waste water through 12 mentioned sewage drains is being discharged in river Narmada. The prayer in the application is to speed up the STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) project of Bharuch City on fast track which is lying pending since long.

The grievance is that there is a dyeing and printing mill namely Madhusudan Dyeing and Printing Mills Pvt. Ltd., Surat which is discharging untreated waste into the sewage canal causing damage to environment and also health hazards to local residents.

Grievance in the application is regarding violation of environmental norms at Ghogha Sea Port, Bhavnagar, Gujarat relating to the beaching of a de-commissioned ship Dona Paula-II (IMO no. 8606446) in connivance with local authorities and Gujarat Pollution Control Board officials. The beaching of the ship is damaging the mangroves of that area and releasing harmful substances into the sea and thereby damaging the biodiversity and fisheries of that area.

Order of the High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad in the matter of Suo Motu Vs State of Gujarat dated 15/06/2021 regarding vaccination to combat Covid-19 in Gujarat.

The High Court directed the state of Gujarat to take all necessary actions to improve the health infrastructure in the state considering the "likelihood of third wave of pandemic by vigorously following testing, tracing and treatment".

Compliance report submitted to the National Green Tribunal (NGT) in response to the NGT order September 1, 2020 in the matter of Original Application No. 105/2019 (Ajitsinh Bharubha Vaghela Vs State of Gujarat). The matter related to untreated industrial effluents being discharged in Kharicut canal, which is meeting Khari river in Gujarat affecting irrigation facilities of the inhabitants. The Kharicut canal is the only source of water for irrigation and for consumption by animals like cattles and sheep.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Hasmukh R. Shah Vs State of Gujarat dated 29/09/2020. The matter related to allegation of use of wood as a fuel by industries in Dahod, Gujarat. This generated carbon in the surrounding area, causing pollution.
