Borewells have been dug in Bheraj, Pinngloj, Navagaon, Lali villages without permission of the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB).

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Mustak M Kadri Vs. State of Gujarat & Others regarding switch over to cleaner fuel CNG, Gujarat dated 22/02/2018. NGT directs the concerned Secretary of the concerned department in the State of Gujarat to make a statement as to the steps taken in the relating to switch over from fossil fuel to CNG within 10 days.

Essar Bulk Terminal Limited have argued before the Court that they have spent huge amounts of money on lands reclaimed by them.

As there is no one on behalf of the State of Gujarat to place before the Court the manner in which there will be gradual transition to switch over to CNG the matter has been listed on 22nd February, 2018.
