Order of the National Green Tribunal (Western Zone Bench, Pune) in the matter of Bhausaheb s/o. Bhimaji Kulat & Anr. Vs The State of Mah. & Ors. dated 18/03/2014 regarding disposal of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) in Ahmednagar. The Tribunal has stated that 'MSW disposal project is required to be executed urgently, due to exigencies inasmuch as, the landfill sites are being exceedingly overburdened, filled up excessively, foul smell is emanated and spread over in the area and the problem is likely to be aggravated due to passage of time.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Ramdas Janardan Koli Vs The State of Maharashtra dated 11/03/2014 regarding constructions by CIDCO and others in CRZ area. The Tribunal has ordered that "there shall be no further work carried out for reclamation and particularly, in respect of shortening of width of the channel/draft, available for egress and ingress of the tidal currents and boats of the fishermen in the creek area, as shown in the
map about which the complaint has been made and which is likely to create a bottle neck".

State of M.P. & Ors dated 21/02/2014 regarding conditions under which marriage gardens may be allowed to run and frame regulations for the same in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
