The Madhya Pradesh Pollution Control Board (MPPCB) has said in its report to the NGT that Rs. 99 lakh has been assessed as environmental compensation to be imposed on Nagar Palika Parishad, Panna for non compliance of MSW Rules 2016. The compensation has been imposed for the period of January - June 2022.
