NEW DELHI: Automobile manufacturers on Monday told the SC-mandated Environment Pollution Control Authority that early introduction of BS-VI-compliant cars in the capital was nearly impossible.

The proposed plan, officials said, has two components - a constructive plan with specific targets, which officials aim to start from January 2018 and will continue till the target are reached.
