Grievance in the application was against violation of environmental norms in operation of a slaughter house by M/s Frigorifico Allana Pvt. Ltd., Ghazipur, Delhi. Per day, 2500 animals are being illegally slaughtered from which Rs. 225 crores have been earned.

The matter related to Environmental Clearance (EC) granted to M/s Sushila Bio Medical Waste Plant at village Fatehpur Vishnoi, district Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh and that it was contrary to the siting guidelines. The unit is close to the habitation and a school. The SEIAA made recommendations without Environment Impact Assessment and appraisal by the SEAC, the application said.

First quarterly status report for the year 2021-22 (April 2021 to June 2021) on the compliance of Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016 by the state of Telangana with the directions of the National Green Tribunal in Original Application No. 606/2018 and connected matters.
