NOIDA: With garbage strewn on the roads, overflowing dhalaos (garbage dumps) and indiscriminate digging across the city becoming a common sight, residents in Noida are a worried lot, especially with the Met department announcing more rain in the next few days.

Final touches being given in to draft document in Rajasthan
A draft document on integrated solid waste management through door-to-door garbage collection, transport, processing and cleaning in ten major towns of Rajasthan will shortly be submitted for approval to the State Government.

AHMEDABAD: While south Ahmedabad produces the maximum polythene bags, the east zone of the city has had to pay maximum for its use of polythene bags.
