It is pointed out by the NOIDA Development Authority that M/s. Sidhi Vinayak Engineers shift the industrial unit and upon such information being furnished it had to be verified by the NOIDA Development Authority prior to grant of permission. He submits that is has not been done. The Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant would soon furnish details of the place where they intend shifting.

Union of India & Others dated 22/02/2018 regarding Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO) licenses for the industries producing absolute alcohol (Ethanol) in Uttar Pradesh. The distillery industry wants modification of the NGT Order (30th August 2017) where the Court directs PESO as well as State of Uttar Pradesh and all concerned States to take appropriate action in accordance with law i.e.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Rear Admiral A P Revi Vs Delhi Jal Board & Others dated 09/02/2018 regarding supply of treated sewage water for gardening purposes in Vasant Kunj, Delhi. NGT in the Order dated 26/10/2017 had directed DDA/MCD/DJB to ensure the supply of treated sewage water for gardening.

On Feb 7, 2018, the National Green Tribunal issued notices to Union environment ministry and the governments of the states of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan and Delhi over illegal operation of brick kilns in these four states. State pollution control board of each of the four states have been directed to inspect the brickfields and examine if they are complying with the environmental norms.
