Lucknow: Sporadic cases of dengue from Uttar Pradesh were admitted to the paediatric ward of the Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University on Sunday. Two patients, namely Mahak (10) and Prassana (10), from Sidharth Nagar, Suresh (9) was brought to the hospital from Ramnagar district, while Barkha (9) and Shivam (9) were referred to CSMMU from private nursing homes in their native districts of Unnao and Barabanki respectively.

Lucknow: To ensure cleanliness in trains from Lucknow and Varanasi stations, Northern Railways (NR) will now resort to on-board housekeeping services (OBHS). Lucknow: CNG is on its way to become the most widely used fuel in the city, courtesy air quality management plan of Ministry of Environment and Forest (MoEF) which envisages use of better quality fuel to check air pollution. Out of 7,188 public transport vehicles plying on the city roads, 6,166 have already been converted to CNG mode.
