According to the applicant, there are 400 garbage godowns where garbage is continuously burnt and high decibel noise pollution is created. In the said godowns, there is breakage of iron and steel garbage, releasing dangerous oxides.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Deepak Vs Govt. of NCT of Delhi dated 25/03/2019 regarding illegal discharge of effluents – industrial and municipal and air pollution in Village Jindpur, Alipur Division, G.T. Road, Delhi. It is further alleged that a pond has been encroached. Resorts have been set up around the village which are creating noise pollution even after 10:00 p.m. by using D.J., laser lights and generators.
