THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The 13th State Energy Conservation Awards have been announced with Apollo Tyres Ltd, Perambra, winning the award in the large-scale energy consumers category and Coconut Lagoon, Kumarakom, winning in the medium-scale energy consumers category.

The awards in other categories are as follows:
