Consolidated status report in compliance of the National Green Tribunal order dated November 14, 2019 in the matter of O.A. No. 1038/2018, news item published in The Asian Age authored by Sanjay Kaw titled "CPCB to rank industrial units on pollution levels". In response to the NGT order, the CPCB asked all the concerned SPCBs/PCCs to provide information on list of industries prohibited due to non-compliance and details of environmental compensation. The SPCBs were asked to submit the action plans for improving environmental quality including the demarcated boundaries of CPAs/SPAs.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vinod Kumar Jaiswal Vs State of Maharashtra dated 13/02/2020 regarding illegal running of an industrial unit for manufacturing of packaged drinking water in CTS No. 12369/361, Plot No. 40, Ahinsangar, Aurangabad which is stated to be a residential area. Unauthorized drawal of groundwater through dug well and bore well was also alleged.

No. 512/2018 in the matter of Shailesh Singh Vs State of Uttar Pradesh & Others.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Aditya Singh Chauhan Vs State of Gujarat dated 06/02/2020 regarding discharge of untreated effluents into Sabarmati river from the CETP, Narol, Ahmedabad. The discharge was adversely affecting the environment and the inhabitants. The CETP is operated by M/s Narol Textile Infrastructure and Enviro Management. Report submitted by the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) acknowledged that the CETP was not meeting the parameters, causing pollution of Sabarmati river.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Twentyone Sugars Ltd. through their Director Vs Member Secretary Central Pollution Control Board & Others dated 06/02/2020 regarding closure of the sugar industry 'Maharashtra Shetkari Sugar Ltd' for not having installed Online Effluent and Emission Monitoring System (OEEMS).

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Mohammad Yusuf Abdullah Shaikh & Others Vs State of Maharashtra & Others dated 21/01/2020 regarding air pollution on account of melting of plastic in the process of manufacturing gitti (recycled plastic granules) for use of plastic pipes at Malegaon in the State of Maharashtra.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Khalid Ashraf Vs Union of India & Others dated 21/01/2020. This application seeks enforcement of order of the Tribunal dated 11.07.2017 prohibiting use of thread made of nylon, synthetic material and/or coated with synthetic substance which is non-biodegradable for kite flying.
