Judgement of the National Green Tribunal (Southern Zone, Chennai) in the matter of Asirvatham Nagar and GN Nagar Welfare Association Vs District Collector, Cuddalore District & Others dated 11/05/2016 regarding pollution caused by a tyre retreading unit in North Main Road, Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu. NGT disposes of the application with the direction to the State Pollution Control Board to pass appropriate orders in the manner known to law on the application filed by M/s.Janatha Tyre Retreaders expeditiously.
