NGT directs the stakeholders to file their status reports and the action plan in relation to prevention, control and rejuvenation of river Ganga. If the report is not filed, each State would be liable to pay cost of Rs. 50,000/- each and also their Member Secretaries will be present before the Tribunal.

NGT directs notice to be issued to the Respondents.
