7% Land Will Be Returned After Work Is Over

Greater Noida: In a bid to smoothen the process of getting land for Greater Noida-Agra Expressway project, the Yamuna Expressway Authority (YEA) has announced it will hike its rates to acquire land by 5.63%.

The state government has declared that construction of 165 km long Yamuna Express way would be completed by September 30, 2010 and has asked the construction company to expedite the work.

In a prelude to creating a national expressways authority on the lines of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), road transport and highways minister Kamal Nath has already set a time table of works that the agency would implement.
