Order of the National Green Tribunal (Southern Zone, Chennai) in the matter of Radhakrishnan K U & Others Vs Union of India & Others dated 22/08/2017 regarding the proposed LPG terminal at Puthuvyppe, Kochi, Kerala. Counsel appearing for the State of Kerala has submitted before the Tribunal that an Expert Committee has been constituted for fact finding relating to the location of LPG Terminal.

Union of India & Others dated 03/08/2017 regarding registration of diesel vehicles which are BS-IV compliant and which are to be used only for the purpose of carriage of petroleum products or on behalf of Indian Oil Corporation.

NGT allows the Application subject to the condition that Indian Oil Corporation has not got any diesel truck/vehicle which are more than 10 years old and the they are not plying any such vehicle carrying on for petroleum and other products in NCR Delhi.
