Guwahati: The flood situation is improving in Assam but at least 13 districts are still under flood waters, the State Disaster Management Authority (SDMA) said Sunday.

The death toll related to floods and landslides had gone up to 124 till Sunday. While 108 persons have died due to floods, the SDMA authorities have recorded 16 deaths due to landslides, the reports said. Another 17 persons remained missing in various districts across the state till Sunday, the SDMA said.
