JEYPORE: The Koraput district administration has started the procurement process for rabi paddy from 16 mandis since yesterday. About 20,000 hectares were cultivated after water from the upper Kolab irrigation project was released for irrigation in January and February.

They alleged that the village had seen several elections and census enumerations in the name of development but it lacks even basic amenities till date.

Efforts on to check recurrence of naxal attack on bauxite mines
