Wind turbine manufacturer Suzlon Energy today said it had received its first ever order from a subsidiary of Larsen and Toubro (L&T) to set up a 8.7-MW wind energy project in Tamil Nadu.

The 1,320 MW Rajpura thermal plant will be set up by the Larsen & Tubro (L&T). Sources said a team of senior executives of the L&T met the senior officials, including chief secetary SC Aggarwal today.
