Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Shailesh Singh Vs. Beltek Canadian Water Ltd. dated 28/04/2017 regarding groundwater extraction by Beltek Canadian Water Ltd. a Noida based water bottling unit. NGT finds the inspection report of the unit incomplete as it does not fulfill the very purpose of the inspection which was to get direct material information on the extraction of ground water and quantity of water extracted.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Sanjay Kumar Vs. State of U.P. & Ors dated 11/04/2017 regarding hotmixer plants in Noida and Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Applicants have requested that the hotmixer plants run by them which are presently lying closed, may be inspected by the concerned Authority. NGT directs that joint inspection be conducted by Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board, Central Pollution Control Board and representative of MoEF.
