The matter related to restoration of a water body called the main pond (Sadar Bazar) of Kadaura town, district Jalaun, Uttar Pradesh. It is stated that such restoration is necessary for access to drinking water. Direction is also sought to stop continuous burning of solid plastic waste, garbage cans, electronics waste, glass inside the residential area of town Kadaura that emits poisonous gases causing severe air pollution.

According to the applicant, the CETP is not connected to pharmaceutical units at Barotiwala and Nalagarh who are discharging their effluents directly into the rivers.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Madansingh Chauhan Vs State of Rajasthan dated 04/01/2021. The matter related to Bhagwati Stone Crusher being operated in village Subaki, district Bharatpur, Rajasthan, within 200 meters of a school and close to the habitation.

Action taken report by the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board in Original Applicaton No 988/2018 in compliance with National Green Tribunal order July 16, 2020 on steps to stop discharge of Panchganga river pollution. The report mentioned that 96 MLD sewage was generated in Kolhapur Municipal Corporation area. Out of which 90 MLD has been diverted to sewage treatment plant and treated. The work of diverting balance 6.0 MLD domestic waste water flowing through various nallah to sewage treatment plants was to be completed by May 2020 - however, the work was not yet complete.
