Company in village Gulamichak, district Patna is emitting toxic smoke and gases, affecting the environment and the public health in Gram Panchayat Anandpur, Musepur, Kateser, Bihar Raksha Bahini (Prakashishan Kender). The land of the area, ground water, forest and wildlife are also affected.

The issue for consideration was the remedial action against illegal operation of brick kilns in district Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh where 600 brick kilns were illegally operating. The Additional District Magistrate, Ghaziabad in its report September 14, 2020 has said that the brick kilns have been closed.

Grievance in this application was that M/s Siflon Drugs was emitting foul odour and causing air pollution at Bellary Road, Rachanapalli, district Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. The polluting activity needed to be regulated in the interest of environment and public health.
