Judgement of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of M/S PMV Maltings Pvt. Ltd Vs Uttrakhand Environment Protection Pollution Control Board & Others dated 18/01/2017 regarding SPCB classifying the industry as "grossly polluting industry". NGT in its Judgement after going through the case concluded that the appelant industry falls under the category of grossly polluting industry and it does not come under the category of green industry.
