Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Tanseer Ahmad Vs. M/s Alnoor Exports & Others dated 24/08/2018 regarding a slaughter house and meat processing unit in Muzaffar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh operating in violation of environmental laws. According to the Applicant the unit is emitting foul smell and discharging animal wastes into the drain in the area. It has not installed antipollution device for treatment of the effluents. The permitted land use, as per Master Plan, is for agriculture. The said unit is also extracting ground water illegally.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Resident Welfare Association Vs Union of India & Others dated 24/08/2018 regarding tyre burning in the market of Gokalpur Village, North East Delhi. The Court observed that inspite of NGT's order which disallowed tyre burning or denting and painting wrks in the old mini market, Gokalpur Village. NGT directs DPCC to execute the order of this Tribunal.

Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Vivek Kamboj & Others Vs. Union of India & Others dated 21/08/2018. The applicant had approached NGT for direction to relocate the Solid Waste Plant (Bandhwari sewage treatment plant in Haryana's Gurgaon district) set up by M/s. Eco-green Energy at the instance of Municipal Corporation and the landfill site away from the Aravalli forest. National Green Tribunal had directed taking of steps for proper dumping of the waste and maintenance and an inspection conducted.
