An Environment Ministry panel has deferred a decision on granting approval to expansion of a coal mining project owned by Jaiprakash Power Venture in Madhya Pradesh.

M/s Proctor and Gamble Home Product Ltd. & Others dated 29/03/2016 regarding clearances granted by Gujarat SEIAA and MPSEIAA in respect of M/s Spectrum Chemicals Ltd. and Shri Vinod Kumar Shukla, M/s RSPL Ltd.
