The appeal filed by the Appellant (Steel Authority of India) against the assessment order dtd. 31.01.1994 passed by the Member Secretary, MPPCB assessing an amount of Rs. 21,75,231/- as liability under Section 6 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Cess Act, 1977 for the water consumed by the Appellant during the period from 01.04.1978 to 31.05.1993 was assessed.
